The Oakland Works Wednesdays initiative is the brainchild project of Cortt Dunlap of Awaken Cafe, with support from the Uptown Downtown Oakland Business Improvement Districts.
Participating businesses across the district offer breakfast, lunch, happy hour, and dinner specials, with occasional events and neighborhood activations. Look for the OWW sticker and ask about the Wednesday special while supporting local merchants and the community.
